From second tier supplier to strategic partner
In the first years of operation the young company functioned as a second tier supplier to the automobile and aviation industry and thereby was able to establish itself on the market.
Small or large batches and Just-in-time production of several thousand kinds of products (approximately 3500) mark this highly fragmented market. This caused the necessity to automatically generate the required tasks for the ongoing production from the parts list, the wiring plan, the production planning system (PPS (SAP)) and the configuration database at every working station and to respectively document the individual steps in the working process.
Furthermore it was possible to increase efficiency and to avoid connection errors in the production process by including a testing station to the running process. The result was a new generation of testing stations which were developed in co operation with a constructor of testing aids known to us.
Batch tracing and in-house micrograph analysis are a foregone conclusion for the company Jürgenhake. Beyond that we assist our customers in developing special solutions, which often exceed merely product development, e.g. the set up of a clean room for the production of excessively dust-, fat-, and above all silicon-free cable harnesses for electronic applications.
As a service provider our service exceeds the spectrum of development and assembly of cable harnesses. We do not simply produce individual components but also assembly complex units acting as a subcontractor on request.
Today our company has got a permanent workforce of approximately 250 employees and has been certified according to AS/EN 9100 since the year 2008.
